How to Mine
You need to hold LP tokens to take part in liquidity mining, and mining pools only accept the respective LP tokens. For example, USDT-TRX LP mining pool only accepts USDT-TRX LP tokens. (How do I get LP tokens?)
When you hold LP tokens, you may visit the liquidity mining page, find the mining pool you want to participate in, enter the number of tokens you want to stake, and then wait for your mining rewards when the staking begins. Steps are as follows:
1. Click on "Select" to select a mining pool;
2. You need to approve when you are staking tokens for the first time. Click on "Approve", and then click on "Accept" in the TronLink Signature Request pop-up window to approve the action;
3. After the approval is completed, please enter the number of tokens to be staked, click on "Stake", and then click on "Accept" in the TronLink Signature Request pop-up window to stake your asset;
4. User will be able to view the number of tokens staked and the mining rewards around 15-30 seconds after the staking request is submitted.
Claim Your Rewards
You are able to view the "Mining Rewards" of the mining pool you are in.
To claim your supply rewards:
1. Click "Manage" in the mining pool you are in to activate the "Stake/Claim" pop-up window;
2. Click the "Claim" tab and you will see the details of rewards in this pool. Click "Claim" in the pop-up window and complete the signature in your TronLink wallet to claim your mining rewards.
How to Exit Mining?
You may unstake at any time from the mining pool you are in. (In order to reduce the transaction fees incurred on-chain from Claim & Unstake, your mining rewards will be automatically claimed every time you unstake.)
Below are the steps for Claim & Unstake:
1. Click "Manage" in the mining pool you are in to activate the "Stake/Claim" pop-up window;
2. Click on the "Claim" tab and enter the number of tokens you want to unstake. Then click on "Claim & Unstake" and you will see a popover from TronLink asking for your signature. Click "Accept" to claim and unlock your assets.
Calculation
1. Mining rewards
Amount of TRX mining rewards = ∑(Proportion of the user’s LP tokens within the block x TRX output of the mining pool within the block)
- Proportion of the user’s LP tokens within the block = Number of LP tokens staked by the user within the block / Number of LP tokens staked by all users within the block
- TRX output of the mining pool within the block = Daily TRX output of the mining pool / Total number of blocks produced a day
2. Mining APY
TRX mining APY = (Number of TRX generated by the pool per second x TRX price x 31,536,000) / Total assets staked in the pool
- Total assets staked in the pool: Value of LP tokens staked in the pool in TRX
(Mining rewards for project tokens and JST are calculated following the same formulas)
